Information about our clients is an important part of our business and we do not sell it to others. There can be times that, with your consent, your information is shared with other practitioners that you are working with alongside your Pilates class, for example, your physiotherapist. Examples including our booking system (MindBody), payment processors (PaySafe) and email marketing (Mail Chimp). We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

We keep your data for the minimum period required by law or our regulators for 7 years after your last visit. After this time we will delete your data.
